摘　　要：针对基础化学实验室的污染问题,运用绿色化学思想和原则对实验室的绿色化建设进行了探索和实践。通过改善实验条件,探索实验的小型化、减量化操作,推广微型实验,妥善处理实验室废弃物等措施,初步建立起了基础化学绿色实验室,提高了基础化学实验室的绿色化建设水平。In view of the foundamental chemical laboratory＇s contamination concern,an exploration and practice was made to construct the green laboratory by using the thought and principle of green chemistry.Through improving experiment condition,exploring small-scale experiment and reduction operation,promoting microscale experiment,properly handling of laboratory waste and so on,a foundamental green chemistry laboratory was initially established and the green building standards of foundamental chemical laboratory was improved.
