摘 要:建立单分子稳定同位素技术(GC/C-IRMS),用于测定鱼油原料鳀鱼和其主要食物桡足类浮游动物的DHA(二十二碳六烯酸,22:6n3)、EPA(二十碳五烯酸,20:5n3)的碳同位素特征。试验证明鱼体脂质的DHA、EPA会保留不同生长环境中食物来源的碳同位素特征,导致不同生长环境中鱼体脂质的DHA、EPA碳同位素值的显著差别。通过对比鱼油产品和鱼油原料的DHA、EPA碳同位素特征,能够准确区分不同种类鱼油,对鱼油产品的品质进行"深度鉴别",是鱼油品质检测的重要补充。GC/C-IRMS analysis was established and applied to Anchovy fish and their potential prey Copepoda zooplankton species for DHA(22:6n3)and EPA (20:5n3) carbon stable isotope analysis. The results showed that carbon stable isotope ratios of individual DHA and EPA in fish lipid consisted with carbon stable isotope ratios of its diet which varied from different biota, resulting observably discrimination in carbon stable isotope ratios of DHA and EPA in fish lipid By comparison of the carbon stable isotopes character of DHA and EPA between fish oil products and raw materials fish, fish oil product can be differentiated concisely and fully tested with it quality which is a significant supplement for the traditional detection.
