摘　　要：新钢气体厂24000 m3/h空分设备配套的1台透平膨胀机,在正常运行过程中突然发生叶轮、主轴、轴承和密封器等设备损坏故障,分析了故障原因,并阐述了处理措施。The damage of impeller, main shaft, bearing and sealer abruptly occurring during normal run of one set turbine expander completed for 24000 m^3/h air separation plant of Xinyu Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. Gas Factory is briefed, the causes are analyzed, and the corrective measures are described.
