摘　　要：阳光管理,讲求的是管理工作中的公开、透明。进行阳光管理,可以使各项工作都置于本单位广大职工群众的有效监督之下,工作中存在的不足以及需要改进的地方可以及时地被发现并得到指正。因此,阳光管理应当成为管理工作的一种常态。Sunshine management refers to emphasize open and transparence in the work of management, which can put the work under the effective supervision, and hence the deficiencies and the needs for improvement can be found and corrected in time. Therefore, sunshine management should be as a normal state in the work of management.
