摘 要:探讨了几种现场流量测量数据向水利量测系统中心主机传输的通信方式,结合宁夏红寺堡水量管理系统实现要求及当地流量监测点地理特点,提出基于全球移动通信系统(GSM)短信通信技术实现流量数据远传这一经济适用实施方案,并阐述了该方案实施过程中遇到的问题及解决措施,为农村偏远地区灌溉供水工程流量监测系统数据远程传输管理进行了一次成功的尝试。Several flow data transmitting ways between flow acquisition device on site and computer of water flow monitoring and measurement center are discussed in this article.A set of economic and applicable flow data remote-transmitting scheme based on GSM short message telecom technology is elaborated,which is suitable for satisfying requirement of water flow monitoring and measurement system in Hongsipu irrigation area,Ningxia and the characteristic of local flow monitoring spot.It also depicted the problems met in implementation of this scheme and their resolving measures.Furthermore,a set of successful sample for data remote-transmitting and remote-management of water flow monitoring system for the irrigation and water supply project of remote countryside is provided.
