摘　　要：目的比较检测孕妇HCMV-DNA与HCMV-pp65对诊断HCMV感染的效果。方法采用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)检测孕妇血浆HCMV-DNA及采用间接免疫荧光染色法(IFA)检测其外周血白细胞HCMV-pp65抗原,比较两者的诊断效果。结果 100例孕妇HCMV-DNA的阳性为9例,阳性率为9%,HCMV-pp65阳性为8例,阳性率为8%,两者均阳性为6例。两检测方法一致率为95%,两者之间的阳性检出率无显著性差异(χ2=0.064,P>0.05)。结论应用HCMV-DNA及HCMV-pp65抗原检测的两种联合监测,能更有效地提高孕妇早期HCMV活动性感染的诊断水平,对预防及降低胎儿宫内感染有着较好的临床价值。Aim To compare the results of diagnosis of HCMV infection in pregnant women by detection of HCMV-DNA and HCMV-pp65. Methods HCMV-DNA in serum of pregnancy were detected by FQ-PCR,and HCMV-pp65 antigen in pregnancy peripheral blood leucocyte by indirect immunofluorescence assay. Results Eight out of 100 pregnant women were identified positive for HCMV-pp65 with a positive rate of 8%. Nine were positive for HCMV-DNA with a positive rate of 9%. Six cases were positive both for HCMV-pp65 and HCMV-DNA. The coincidence rate of the two assays were 95%. No signifant difference were observed between the two assays in the positive rate of HCMV-pp65 antigen and the positive rate of HCMV-DNA （χ^2=0.064,P〉0.05）. Conclusions Joint detection of HCMV-pp65 antigen and HCMV-DNA can monitor and enhance the diagnositic rate of HCMV infection in early pregnancy and guide the treatment.
