江苏省退役运动员文化教育现状调查及对策研究

摘　　要：退役运动员的文化素质对其退役后较快适应社会、完成新的角色转换起着十分重要的作用。也极大地影响在训运动员的训练的积极性,本文运用了问卷调查法、文献资料法及专家访谈法对江苏省退役运动员的文化教育的现状进行了调查研究,发现2008年江苏省退役运动员的文化教育仍须加强其实效性与系统性,并提出了相关的建议。To retired athletes,education and skills training play an important role to make them quickly adapt to society and finish conversion of new role. In addition,its also greatly affects the in-service training of athletes enthusiasm. Through using the method of literature,investigation and expert interviews,this paper makes investigation on status of education and training of retired athletes. The result shows that learning and training must be strengthened in its effectiveness and systemic,and put forward relevant proposals.
