摘　　要：为了提高美容连锁服务业的服务管理水平,加快该行业ERP系统的推广应用,分析了我国美容连锁服务业ERP的应用现状,研究和探讨了其ERP系统所存在的实施问题,提出了一个适用于美容连锁服务业的实施方法即SIM,并就该方法在一个美容连锁机构的ERP实施案例中进行了实践。实践证明,SIM方法科学、实用且高效。文中还针对美容连锁企业网点多,分布广,数据集成困难的难题,设计提出了终端零售点(POS)与ERP系统的数据集成方案,很好地解决了这一难题。To improve the service management level of the beauty chain service industry, and expedite the promotion and usage of ERP system, the application status of cosmetic beauty chain service ERP （Enterprise Resource Planning） in China is analyzed. The implementation problems existed in ERP system are researched and discussed. A system implementation method（SIM） suited for the beauty chain service is proposed. The practical method proves that SIM is scientific, practical and efficient. The data integration scheme of POS and EPR is proposed to solve the widely distribution, more branch, and difficult data integration in EPR.
