中国高尔夫球童发展困境及对策思考

摘　　要：球童作为高尔夫球场上的"精灵",球手的"军师",在球会的运作中扮演着不可或缺的重要角色,是协助球手竞技、会员畅打的得力助手。本文从政府因素、高尔夫行业发展因素及球童自身发展因素三个方面对中国高尔夫球童的现状进行了分析,并提出了通过加强政府宏观政策调控;加快中国球手职业化进程;加强行业协会的规范引导;领军型球会带头的"人本化"管理等措施以改变目前球童面临的市场需求不足、缺乏行业统一标准、球童水平参差不齐、整体素质不高、收入难以保证等困境。力图为中国高尔夫球童行业的发展提供理论参考。Caddie as ＂spirit＂ in golf course,＂chief strategist＂ of Golfer,which is an indispensable role of club operation,assistant of golfers athletics and cheerfully play.This article analyzed the courses from the aspects factors of government,golf industry development and caddie growing and present government＇s favorable macroeconomic policies support,speed up the process of Chinese player professionalization,industry association normal guide,the club leader take the lead of ＂human-oriented＂ management to change the difficulties such as lack of market demand,the varies of standard,and the personal qualitie is not high,income is difficult to ensure.The article strives to provide a theoretical child reference for the development of China＇s golf industry.
