摘  要:智能功率模块IPM在电力电子领域的应用越来越广泛。在此详细描述了IPM的结构和外型,着重阐明了IPM中的自我保护机制,以便于编程实现。同时,结合在研项目"电力机车模块化分布式大功率开关直流稳压电源"的设计与开发,分析了IPM作为大功率高频逆变器应用时的相关注意事项,给出了具体设计的电路图和选型资料。通过实际现场调试,现场保护灵敏度高,运行稳定可靠。The application of intelligent power module ]PM in the field of power electronics becomes more extensive. The structure and appearance of the IPM are described, the focus on IPM in self-protection mechanism is introduced to facilitate the achievement of programming. At the same time, combining the design and development of research project "modular distributed high-power electric locomotive switching DC power supply", a related note of IPM as a high-power high-frequency inverter application is analyzed, the specific design of the selection circuit diagram and information are given. The on-site protection is sensitive, stable and reliable operation through the actual on-site commissioning.
