引黄工程北干线土壤对PCCP管的腐蚀性测试评价

摘　　要：预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)在国内外的供水工程中已得到了广泛认可,应用越来越多,山西省万家寨引黄工程北干线就采用了PCCP管道。为了防止PCCP管中钢质结构被腐蚀,通过管道沿线土壤对钢结构腐蚀性的测试及评价,提出采取做环氧煤沥青保护层、阴极保护等防护措施的处理建议。Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipes（PCCP） are widely used for water-supply project.For example,they has been applied for the North Route of Shanxi Wanjiazhai YRDP.In this paper,on the basis of the corrosive tests and evaluation of the pipe soil to steel structure,treatment was proposed in order to avoid the corrosion of steel structure embedded in concrete.
