体外受精-胚胎移植术后立即行走对治疗结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植后立即行走对治疗结局的影响。方法行体外受精-胚胎移植术患者690例,按患者意愿分为A组和B组。A组296例,胚胎移植后立即起床行走至休息室,静坐或卧床休息0.5～2 h离院;B组394例,胚胎移植后用平车送至休息室并卧床休息4～6 h离院。比较两组患者绒毛膜促性腺激素阳性率、临床妊娠率、生化妊娠率、异位妊娠率、早期流产率。结果A组及B组绒毛膜促性腺激素阳性率分别为52.36%和46.45%,临床妊娠率分别是43.92%和39.08%,生化妊娠率分别是4.39%和4.57%,异位妊娠率分别是4.05%和2.79%,早期流产率分别是2.03%和4.57%,比较均无统计学意义。结论胚胎移植术后患者立即行走对治疗结局没有影响。Objective To study the effect of immediate walk after in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation on result of treatment.Method Divide 690 patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation into Group A and Group B according to their willing.296 patients in Group A walk to rest room immediately after in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation,then leave hospital after sitting or bedding for 0.5～2h.394 patients in Group B are sent to rest room by trolly bed,then leave hospital after bedding for 4～6h.Compare the positive rate of human chorionic gonadotropin,clinical pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate and early abortion rate of patients in two groups.Result Positive rates of human chorionic gonadotropin of Group A and Group B are 52.36% and 46.45%.Clinical pregnancy rates are 43.92% and 39.08%.Biochemical pregnancy rates are 4.39% and 4.57%.Ectopic pregnancy rates are 4.05% and 2.79%.Early abortion rates are 2.03% and 4.57%.There is no significant difference between the rates of two groups.Conclusion Immediate walk has no influence on effect of in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation.
