摘　　要：目的了解新生儿重症监护病房患儿母亲的护理需求,为针对性支持提供依据。方法采取方便取样的方法选取温州市三家医院新生儿重症监护病房患儿母亲55人,采用问卷调查法调查其一般资料、护理需求及需求获得的状况。结果希望见到患儿、了解病情和预后是患儿母亲的主要护理需求。除医院制度限制和医护人员的工作定势影响其护理需求获得外,患儿母亲的年龄、职业、子女数对其需求获得有重要的影响。结论护理工作中尽可能安排母婴接触的机会,及时提供患儿治疗及病情的信息,满足患儿母亲的需求。Objective To study the nursing needs for mothers of NICU infant patients in order to provide evidence for targeted support.Method Select 55 mothers of NICU infant patients from three hospitals of Wenzhou by convenient sampling.Investigate their general information,nursing needs and status of required needs by questionnaire.Result Hoping to see their children,understanding state of the illness and prognosis are the main need of infant patients＇ mothers.Including the limit of hospital and work style of nursing staff,mothers＇ age,vocational and amount of children all have great influence on the satisfaction of nursing needs.Conclusion Contact between mother and infant should be arranged as much as possible in nursing care.Providing infants＇ information of treatment and disease in time can satisfy mothers＇ need.
