摘 要:为了减小剥色后的涡流纺筒子棉纱强力损失,且达到良好的剥色效果,研究并设计了涡流纺筒子棉纱剥色工艺。结果表明,纯碱和保险粉用量、剥色时间、剥色次数以及剥色温度等工艺条件,都会影响深色、中深色和浅色棉纱的剥色效果。通过单因素调节确定了优化剥色工艺:浅色棉纱采用纯碱2 g/L、保险粉4 g/L,在90~100℃剥色40~60 min;深色、中深色棉纱采用纯碱4 g/L、保险粉6 g/L,100℃剥色60 min。采用该工艺可以尽量保持涡流纺筒子棉纱原有强力并具有良好剥色效果。The stripping technique of vortex spinning cotton yarn on cones was designed to reduce the strength loss of vortex spinning cotton yarn on cones during stripping process, and achieved good stripping effect. The researeh showed that the quantity of sodium carbonate and sodium hydrosulfite, the stripping time, the number of stripping processes, and the stripping temperature could affect the stripping results of fuscous, middle fuscous and light-colored cottons. The optimizing process was fixed by single factor regulation, the conditions were that: 2 g/L sodium carbonate, 4 g/L sodium hydrosulfite, 90-100 ℃ stripping temperature, and 40-60 minutes stripping time for light-colored cotton; 4 g/L sodium carbonate, 6 g/L sodium hydrosulfite, 100 ℃ stripping temperature, and 60 minutes stripping time for fuscous and middle fuscous cotton. The results showed that the technics could keep the intrinsic strength of the vortex spinning cotton yarn on cones, and had good stripping effect.
