摘　　要：针对免烫面料缝口易起缩皱、接缝强力下降等问题,研究不同缝纫线的使用状况,对线迹密度进行适当调节,对辅助材料优化选用,以提高衬衣接缝强力,并以实例对比说明改良前后的强力变化,得出改善平压参数,以及后焙烘方式能使面料本身强力受较小影响,甚至不受影响,从而解决了免烫衬衣接缝强力低这一问题。Aiming at the problems of seam pucker and weak seam strength of non-iron fabric, it researched different threads, adjusted sewing stitches, choosed assistant materials to increase seam strength and explained the changes of the strength before and after the improvements by contrasting the examples. The results showed that the changes to press parameter and post-cure methods could affect a little or even not affect the pocket strength, then the problem of weak seam strength could be solved.
