摘  要:以稀土硝酸盐为原料,使用NH3.H2O-NH4HCO3混合沉淀剂,以反滴化学共沉淀方式和两步煅烧法合成双掺稀土钇铝石榴石(Y3-x-yCexReyA l5O12)荧光粉.粒径分析表明该荧光粉粒径分布窄,平均粒径为100 nm.比较其与商品化的弘大01002荧光粉器件的光学特性,发现两者的最大发光波长均为482 nm,但前者的发光强度比后者提高了10%,与此同时,前者的色温比后者降低了20%,达到3 000 K.老化实验显示该荧光粉72 h后的流明衰减率不超过10%.这些都充分表明该荧光粉可作为高效的发光材料广泛应用于照明领域.In order to obtain mass,cheap and highly efficient white phosphors,double doped rare earth yttrium aluminum garnet(Y3-x-yCexReyAl5O12) phosphors were prepared by co-precipitation method with NH3·H2O-NH4HCO3 system as the precipitating agent and rare earth metal nitrates as starting materials.The diameter analysis shows that the diameter distribution of the phosphor particles is uniform with an average diameter of 100nm.Compared with Luminova 01002,the maximum light-emission wave lengths of these two kinds of phosphors were equally 482nm.However,the luminescence density of the synthetic phosphors is enhanced by 10%,and the color temperature of the synthetic phosphors is reduced by 20%,about 3000K.Meanwhile,the aging experiments show that the luminance attenuation ratio of the phosphors with simple encapsulation is smaller than 10% after 72hour aging.All these results adequately indicate that the synthetic phosphors can be applied for higher performance white light emitting diodes in lighting.
