摘 要:"5.12"汶川地震后,甘肃陇南地区中小学校舍受损较为严重,按照中央与地方政府的要求,对在役受损校舍的安全性实施鉴定并进行结构维修与加固,但同时却忽视了在役受损校舍的建筑节能问题。本文利用受损校舍安全性排查过程中的第一手资料,依据现有建筑节能实施标准,选择有代表性的教学楼、办公楼、宿舍楼,对其节能现状加以研究。结果表明,大多数受损校舍不能满足国家与地方现阶段的节能标准要求。为此,在强调对受损校舍结构加固与维修的同时,也应该提出节能改造措施,做到结构加固与节能改造一体化。"5.12"Wenchuan earthquake caused relatively serious damage to the middle and primary school buildings in Longnan area,according to the central and local governments,these buildings need for safety appraisal and structure repair and reinforcement,but their energy efficiency problems is ignored.Based on the first-hand material in the process of safety testing to the damaged buildings,according to the existing building energy efficiency standards and the representative office building,the energy efficiency of the teaching building and dormitory building is calculated and analyzed.Results show that these buildings cant meet the energy-saving standards.Therefore,the structural strengthening and energy-saving reform are needed to integrate at same time.
