摘　　要：目的:观察三参稳律胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法:将100例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为两组各50例,治疗组给予三参稳律胶囊与胺碘酮联用,对照组给予胺碘酮单用,疗程均为3个月,治疗开始前后两个时间点分别给予中医症状评分及动态心电图检查,根据两者改善情况评估两组疗效差异。结果:中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为95.7%,对照组为70.2%;综合疗效总有效率治疗组为97.9%,对照组为74.5%。两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三参稳律胶囊与胺碘酮联用更能有效的控制临床症状,改善心电图结果。Objective： To observe the three-parameter law of capsule combined with amiodarone treatment of stable ventricular contraction clinical efficacy.Methods： 100 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients,the treatment group received capsules three parameters stable law with amiodarone combined with the control group received amiodarone alone,a course of 3 months,two time points before and after the start of treatment were given clinical symptoms score and dynamic ECG,according to both improve the evaluation of differences between two groups.Results： The efficacy of TCM treatment group,the total effective rate was 95.7%,70.2% in the control group;total effective integrated treatment group was 97.9% vs 74.5%.The two groups,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The three parameter law of capsules and stability combined with amiodarone is more effective control of clinical symptoms,improve the ECG results.
