黄杞总黄酮对动脉粥样硬化大鼠相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄杞总黄酮对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血脂、血液流变学和脂质过氧化物的影响。方法:采用维生素D高脂饲料法复制AS大鼠模型,观察黄杞总黄酮对AS大鼠血脂、血液流变学指标和脂质过氧化物的影响。结果:黄杞总黄酮可显著降低AS大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)(P<0.05);显著降低AS大鼠全血黏度(高、中、低切),血浆黏度,红细胞压积(P<0.05);显著降低AS大鼠血清的MDA,升高AS大鼠血清的SOD(P<0.05)。结论:黄杞总黄酮可改善AS大鼠血脂水平、血液流变学及脂质过氧化物,对AS具有一定的防治作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Total Flavone of Engelhardtia roxburghiana wal1 on blood lipid and hemorheology in atherosclerosis rats.Methods：The AS model of rat was made by freeing high grease food,and the level of serum lipid、blood rheology、MDA and SOD were tested.Results： Total Flavone of Engelhardtia roxburghiana wal1 could obviously lower TG,TC,LDL and MDA viscosity,increased HDL and SOD in serum.It could improve the degree of hemorrheology of rat.Conclusion：Total Flavone of Engelhardtia roxburghiana wal1 could adjust fatty substance metabolism and lower blood lipid,improve hemorrheology and lipid peroxides of atherosclerosis rats,and has therapentic effect for atherosclerosis.
