白毛夏枯草不同采收期中木犀草素的分析

摘　　要：目的:研究不同采收期白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的含量变化,为确定白毛夏枯草药材最佳采收期提供依据。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定不同采收期白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的含量。色谱条件:Agilent HC-C1(84.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.8%磷酸溶液(45∶55),流速为0.8 mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为350 nm。结果:不同采收期白毛夏枯草药材中木犀草素含量差异有统计学意义。结论:建议白毛夏枯草药材在第1年的10月和第2年的6月采收。Objective： To study the harvest of white Prunella vulgaris in the luteolin content in order to determine the best harvest herbs Prunella vulgaris white to provide evidence.METHODS： RP-HPLC method for the determination of white Prunella vulgaris in different collection of luteolin content.Chromatographic conditions： Agilent HC-C18（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） column,mobile phase： methanol-0.8% phosphoric acid（45∶55）,flow rate 0.8 mL.min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,The detection wavelength was 350 nm.Results： The harvest of medicinal herbs Prunella vulgaris white Luteolin content significantly.Conclusions： recommend to harvest white Prunella medicine in October of the first year or the second year in June.
