摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方红藤灌肠液中的咖啡酸含量。方法:以C18化学键合相硅胶为固定相,以乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(10∶90∶0.05∶0.04)为流动相,检测波长为322 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:咖啡酸的平均回收率为100.5%,RSD%=4.2%(n=6);在(3.30-59.0)μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系。结论:该方法简便、快速,结果准确。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of compound Hongteng enema acid content in coffee.Methods： C18 chemical bonded silica gel as the stationary phase,acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine（10∶90∶0.05∶0.04） as mobile phase,detection wavelength was 322 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL/min.Results： The average recovery of caffeic acid 100.5%,RSD%=4.2%（n=6）;in（3.30-59.0） μg/mL range was linear.Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
