中医药辅助实体肿瘤化疗增效减毒的系统性评价

摘　　要：目的:评价中医药对实体肿瘤化疗的增效减毒作用。方法:检索中医药辅助实体肿瘤化疗的随机对照试验并进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入24篇文献,Meta分析结果显示,中医药能显著提高实体肿瘤化疗近期疗效[OR=2.11,CI(1.59-2.79),P<0.00001],提高患者生活质量(Karnofsky,Z=9.72,P<0.00001),减轻白细胞和血小板计数下降[WBC OR=0.42,CI(0.31-0.57),P=0.0007,PLT OR=0.41,C(I0.27-0.62),P<0.0001]。"漏斗图"图形显示存在发表性偏倚。结论:中药辅助肿瘤化疗可提高化疗有效率,减轻化疗的不良反应,改善生活质量。Objective： To evaluate the efficiency detoxification of traditional Chinese medicine attenuated for entity tumors.Methods： Search for the randomized controlled trials of Chinese Medicine adjuvant chemotherapy for solid tumors and do the Meta-Analysis.Results： 24 documents are included.Meta-analysis showed that Chinese medicine can significantly improve the efficacy of solid tumor chemotherapy in recent[OR=2.11,CI（1.59-2.79）,P0.00001],improve the quality of patient＇s life（Karnofsky,Z=9.72,P0.00001）,Reduce the decline in white blood cell and platelet counts[WBC OR=0.42,CI（0.31-0.57）,P=0.0007,PLT OR=0.41,CI（0.27-0.62）,P0.0001].The funnel plot graphics existence of publication bias.Conclusion： Herbal assistance cancer chemotherapy can improve efficiency,reduce side effects of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.
