摘　　要：焊接夹具被大量应用于摩托车架的焊接制造过程中。焊接夹具的设计不但要考虑车架结构和焊接工艺的特点,而且需要利用优秀的CAD/CAM软件。SolidWorks软件功能强大,易学易用,在摩托车架焊接夹具的设计中得到成功应用。Welding fixtures are widely used during motorcycle frame manufacture.Both frame structure and welding process,as well as perfect CAD/CAM software are to be taken into consideration in the design of welding fixture.SolidWorks,with powerful function and simple operation,is applied successfully in the welding fixture design of motorcycle frame.
