摘 要:目的探讨持续质量改进(continuous quality improvement,CQI)在大便标本采集送检中的应用成效。方法分析249例患者大便标本送检率低(67.9%)的原因有护士在繁忙的工作中对大便标本送检的重要性认识不足,缺乏主动服务意识,在管理方面缺乏大便标本采集送检流程;老年患者多,由于便秘致无大便送检;事务中心人员缺乏大便标本采集相关知识,对大便标本及时送检的意义不明确,工作缺乏主动性。制定预期目标,实施相应的质量改进方案,评价持续质量改进效果。结果实施CQI前后大便标本送检情况比较,差异有统计学意义;患者对护士采集大便标本的服务满意度比较,差异有统计学意义,实施CQl后患者对护士采集大便标本服务满意度明显提高。结论实施CQI有效提高了大便标本送检率,提高了患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in collection and sending of stool samples.Methods Reasons for low sending percentage of stool samples of 249 patients were analyzed.Factors affecting the sending included the following: weak awareness of the importance of stool sample,poor management and constipation of patients,etc.Corresponding continuous quality improvement was established and then evaluated.Results There was statistical significance of the comparison about sending percentage in different time before and after CQI.There was obvious satisfaction of patients for sample collection.Conclusion CQI can improve the efficiency of the collection and sending of stool samples and patient’s satisfaction.
