摘 要:采用优化设计方法对磁头滑块进行优化设计。优化目标降低磁头飞高,提高硬盘的存储密度和磁头的飞行稳定性。以稳定飞行时的飞行高度与优化目标值间的波动最小建立优化模型,同时模型满足尺寸约束条件和磁头稳定飞行的性能约束条件。采用模拟退火算法利用Matlab编程对优化模型求解。以三体磁头为算例,结果表明:优化后磁头飞行高度显著降低,改善了飞行特性,记录密度得以提高,也表明了模拟退火算法高效可行。Optimal design method is used to optimize the design of the head slider. The goal is to reduce flying height of head, and increase hard drive storage density and the stability of flight. Model with a stable altitude of flight and a minimum fluctuation of optimization target is built. The model meets the size constraints and the performance constraints of stable flight of head. Using simulated annealing algorithm and Maflab software program to solve optimal model. Take three-body head as an example, results show that the flight altitude of the optimized head is significantly reduced, the flight characteristics is improved, recording density is increased. It also shows that the simulated annealing algorithm is feasible and efficient.
