碱预处理对竹子SCMP浆过氧化氢漂白的影响

摘　　要：对竹子SCMP浆的碱预处理的正交实验研究表明,经碱预处理后漂白浆白度均高于未处理的浆料。在碱预处理过程中,NaOH的用量对溶出物的含量及漂白浆白度有较大影响,其余因素的影响均不明显。采用90℃、30min、NaOH用量3.5%、浆浓10%的预处理方案,可以得到更高的漂白浆白度,达到62.81%ISO,相比于未处理的漂白浆提高了10.2%,同时PC值下降了55.6%。The orthogonal experiment on alkali pretreatment of the bamboo SCMP show that the brightness of bleached pulp,pretreated by alkali stage,is higher than that of untreated pulp.During alkali pretreatment process,the dosage of NaOH has a great influence on the extractives＇ content and bleached pulp brightness,while the influence of rest factors is not obvious.Pretreatment under the condition of 90oC,30min,3.5% dosage of NaOH,10% consistency of pulp,could get higher bleached pulp brightness,which is about 62.81% ISO,increased by 10.2%,compared with bleached pulp without pretreatment;meanwhile the PC number is decreased by 55.6%.
