摘　　要：为了明确innexin基因沉默后对涡虫表型的影响,构建了涡虫innexin基因的干扰表达重组质粒L4440-innexin.将重组载体转化入大肠杆菌HT115感受态细胞,通过IPTG诱导表达后喂养涡虫.结果表明,涡虫表型发生明显变化,干扰载体构建成功.In order to clarify phenotype changes in planarian under the impact of innexin gene silenced,a L4440-innexin plasmid were constructed and transformed into competent cells of E.coli HT115.The vector was induced with IPTG and then fed to planarians.The fed planarians were found to appear obvious phenotype change.This change proved that the vector of RNAi was successfully constructed.
