摘　　要：随着新医改的出台,基层医院越来越受到政策重视,作为基层医院的麻醉科,它的现状和发展越来越成为人们的关注的焦点。就基层医院麻醉现状对如何提升麻醉水平,提高麻醉质量提出了一点拙见。As the new medical reform program was unveiled,more and more attentions have been paid on basal hospitals. The role of the anesthesiology department in basal hospital,and its current situation and development are becoming more and more important. In this article,we proposed some advices on how to improve the anesthesiological capacity.
