摘　　要：目的:探讨咀嚼口香糖对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肛门排气时间的影响。方法:将200例腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者随机分为咀嚼口香糖组和对照组各100例,咀嚼口香糖组于术后1d开始咀嚼口香糖,3次/d,每次30min,其他遵循常规护理;对照组仅给予常规护理。比较两组术后第1次肛门排气时间。结果:两组患者术后第1次肛门排气时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:术后咀嚼口香糖对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能无影响。Objective：To explore the effect of chewing gum on the time of anal exhaust after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods：200 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into chewing gum group and control group（100 cases for each group）.The patients in the chewing gum group were asked to chew gum one day after surgery,3 times per day and 30 minutes each time.The patients in the control group only received routine nursing care.The time of the first anal exhaust after surgery was compared between the two groups.Results：No significant difference was found in the comparison of the time of the first anal exhaust after surgery between the two groups（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Chewing gum after laparoscopic cholecystectomy had no effect on gastrointestinal function.
