摘 要:目的:探讨层流手术室空气洁净度与回风口滤网及过滤器清洁除尘时间的关系。方法:手术室手术间分为慢性病手术间和急症手术间。将慢性病手术间百级2个、万级2个依次编号为1号、2号、3号、4号;急症手术间万级4个依次编号为5号、6号、7号、8号。首先把各手术间回风口过滤器及滤网彻底清洁除尘,然后分别累计记录每个手术间开启层流系统时间。分别在40~50h、80~90h、110~120h的时间段内,对每个手术间行尘埃和沉降菌静态采样,并做记录。在1年内分别在每个时间段,对每个手术间做10次采样,并取其均值。结果:慢性病手术间与急症手术间在40~50h时间段的尘埃与沉降菌值均在正常范围内,急症手术间累计开启层流系统80~90h的时间内手术间内的尘埃与细菌的采样值在正常范围高限。慢性病手术间则在110~120h的时间段内其尘埃与细菌的采样值在正常范围高限。结论:急症手术间、普通慢性病手术间分别在80~90h、110~120h时间段内对回风口过滤器及滤网除尘比较合适。Objective:To study the relationship between the air cleanliness and the cleaning time of dust filter of return flow wind tunnel in laminar flow operating room.Methods:The operating rooms were categorized into chronic diseases operating rooms and emergency operating rooms.Two chronic diseases operation rooms in class of 100 laminar flow were numbered Room No.1 and Room No.2 and the other two chronic diseases operation rooms in class of 10,000 laminar flow were numbered Room No.3 and Room No.4;the four emergency operating rooms in class of 10,000 laminar flow were numbered Room No.5,6,7 and 8 in sequence.First of all,the dust filters and strainers of all return-flow wind tunnels in each laminar flow operating room were thoroughly cleaned,and then the working time of laminar flow system in each operating room was cumulatively recorded.The static state sampling of dust and sedimentation bacteria were conducted and recorded in each operating room respectively in the period of 40 ~ 50 hours,80 ~ 90 hours and 110 ~ 120 hours.The samples of each operating room were taken for 10 times in each mentioned period within one year and the mean value was calculated.Results:The values of dust and bacteria in the period of 40 ~ 50 hours were within the normal range in both chronic diseases operating room and emergency operating room;the values of dust and bacteria in the period of 80 ~ 90 hours were in the upper limit of normal range in the emergency operating room;the values of dust and bacteria in the period of 110 ~ 120 hours were in the upper limit of normal range in the chronic diseases operating room.Conclusion:It is more appropriate to clean the dust filters and strainers of all return-flow wind tunnels respectively in the period of 80 ~ 90 hours and 110 ~ 120 hours for emergency operating room and the common chronic diseases operating room.
