摘　　要：介绍了10×104m3钢制储油罐浮顶的结构特点、焊接工艺、安装方案及检测手段的应用,尤其是针对浮顶结构的焊接特点,采取了一系列的质量检查方法和控制措施,为10×104m3双盘式浮顶油罐的质量保证积累了经验。An introduction is given to the structure characteristics,welding technology,installing scheme and application of detection means about the floating roof of 10×104m3 steel oil storage tank.Then according to the welding characteristics of floating structure especially,a series of quality inspection methods and controlling measures have been adopted,which collects some experiences for the quality of 10×104m3 oil storage tanks with floating roofs.
