摘 要:利用声发射检测技术,根据固体碰撞壁面产生不同频率的声发射信号的机理,结合自回归模型(AR模型),获得一种有效检测卧式反应器(HSBR)内聚丙烯结块的方法。通过计算声信号AR模型功率谱,并与正常状态下的谱图对比,进行方差计算,实现了结块的准确预警和故障的实时诊断。冷模实验发现,正常状态下声信号AR谱的能量分布均匀、小幅波动和方差较小;加入结块后,声信号AR谱低频部分的能量分率显著提高,方差显著增大,能够较为清晰地指示结块的产生。在工业装置中结块状况的实时监控结果表明,声发射检测技术能快速、准确、环保地实现卧式反应器内结块的在线检测。A method of agglomeration detection in horizontal stirred bed reactors(HSBR) was obtained according to the qualitative relationship between acoustic emission(AE) signals and agglomeration,by the use of auto-regression(AR) model,in which the frequency of AE signals varied with different sizes of particles stricken on the wall.By this method the AR power spectrum could be calculated and its variance with that of normal state could be obtained to warn agglomeration early and accurately.It was found from the cold-flow experiments that the AR power spectrum became fluctuant after the agglomeration being added in HSBR,meanwhile the low frequency band energy ratio of AE signals and variance rose.Furthermore,this method was also utilized to detect the agglomeration in the industry plant successfully,showing that this method could predict the agglomeration environmental friendly with fairly good accuracy.
