摘 要:为研究脱蜡助剂的作用机理,选取6种脱蜡助剂和荆门(J M)轻脱加氢处理糠精油(简称荆门油)和茂名(MM)轻脱糠精油(简称茂名油)2种原料油,两两匹配进行脱蜡试验,筛选出对这2种原料油助滤效果最好的脱蜡助剂A剂和C3剂。采用偏光显微镜、XRD及DSC对其作用机理进行了初步研究。结果表明,荆门轻脱加氢处理蜡(简称荆门蜡)与A剂的作用机理可能是共晶-吸附作用;A剂吸附在蜡晶侧面,其聚乙烯链段进入蜡晶晶格与蜡共晶,而醋酸乙烯酯链段则阻止蜡分子在侧面结晶,抑制其沿x轴和y轴方向的生长,促进沿z轴方向的生长,改变蜡的生长习性,增大蜡晶粒度,提高滤速。茂名轻脱蜡(简称茂名蜡)与C3剂的作用机理可能是共晶机理;其烷基侧链与蜡发生共晶作用,通过"搭桥效应"将蜡晶连接成为大的蜡晶聚集体,提高滤速。In order to study the dewaxing mechanism,Jingmen hydrotreated deasphalted oil(DAO for short) furfural raffinate(called JM oil for short) and Maoming DAO furfural raffinate(called MM oil for short) were used as feedstocks,and six dewaxing aids were selected for the improvement of filtration performance of feedstocks.The results indicated that dewaxing aid A was of the best effect for JM oil,and C3 for MM oil.It was found from their crystal photos under polarizing microscope and the results of DSC and XRD that the action mechanism between JM wax and dewaxing aid A was cocrystallization and adsorption.The dewaxing aid A was adsorbed onto the side surface of the wax crystals,whose main chain of poly ethylene entered the crystal lattice to cocrystallize with wax crystals and chain segments of vinyl acetate prevented the wax molecules from crystallizing onto the side surface,greatly promoting the growth alongz-axis and inhibiting the growth along-xaxis andy-axis,which changed the growth habit and increased the size of wax crystals.The action mechanism between MM wax and dewaxing aid C3 was determined as the cocrystallization.The alkyl side chains of dewaxing aid C3 cocrystallized with wax crystals and connected the wax crystals into wax congeries by"bridging effect," resulting in an increase of filtration rate.
