炉内水工况的优化实践与探讨

摘　　要：分析对比了山西河坡发电有限责任公司3号炉炉内水工况先后采用磷酸盐处理、氢氧化钠处理和平衡磷酸盐处理的情况,在凝汽器存在泄漏问题。炉水水质异常时,除按要求进行三级处理外,还需采取及时查漏、堵漏,加大排污量等措施,炉内水处理方式应选择平衡磷酸盐处理方式。Take Boiler 3 of Shanxi Hepo Power Generation Co.,Ltd as research target,water conditions in the Boiler with different treatments are compared,involving phosphate treatment,sodium hydroxide treatment and equilibrium phosphate treatment.The result shows that when condenser disclosure occurs and when there is abnormality on boiler water,besides tertiary treatment,other measures are also indispensable,such as timely leak seeking,plugging and increasing the volume of sewage,and equilibrium phosphate treatment should be adopted.
