摘 要:测定了阿维菌素与高效氯氰菊酯对玉米螟的联合毒力及其混配剂的田间药效。结果表明,阿维菌素和高效氯氰菊酯混配对亚洲玉米螟幼虫有增效作用,两者以重量比为1:5混配时的增效作用最明显,共毒系数最高,为210.68,该混配比例对玉米螟幼虫的LC50为5.48μg/mL,田间防治效果有效成分48g/hm2为86.18%,30g/hm2为76.49%,而高效氯氰菊酯有效成分30g/hm2的防治效果仅为64.15%。The co-toxicity of abamectin and alphacypermethrin to Ostrinia furnacalis was tested in laboratory and the control efficiency of the mixture was determined by field trial.The result showed that the co-toxicity coefficient of abamectin and alphacypermethrin against O.furnacalis was 210.68 when their mixture was in 1:5,showing the highest synergism among all mixed ratio in the test.The LC50 of the mixture preparation was 5.48 μg/mL,and its control efficiency was 86.18% at dosage of 48 g/hm2 and 76.49% at dosage of 30 g/hm2.While the control efficiency of alphacypermethrin was only 64.15% at the dosage of 30 g/hm2.
