摘 要:目的:观察黄龙丸对D-半乳糖所致小鼠亚急性衰老模型的自主活动、记忆力及抗疲劳和对SOD活性的影响。方法:ICR小鼠40只,雌雄各半,按体重随机分为4组,即空白对照组、模型组、黄龙丸、抗衰复春片组。黄龙丸组以2.5g/kg,抗衰复春片组0.7g/kg、均0.2mL/10g灌胃给药,模型组与对照组灌胃同体积的蒸馏水,每日1次,连续灌胃49天。给药的同时模型组和给药组小鼠每天颈背部皮下注射5%D-半乳糖,空白对照组皮下注射生理盐水,0.5mL只/,连续注射49天。黄龙丸对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠自主活动、跳台学习记忆能力及学习记忆遗忘、游泳时间和血清SOD活力的影响。结果:黄龙丸可使D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的站立次数明显增多,与模型组比较有显著性差异P<0.05;明显增强学习记忆和延长学习记忆遗忘时间,可使跳台实验潜伏期延长,错误次数减少,与模型组比较P<0.05;明显延长衰老小鼠游泳时间,与模型组比较P<0.05;升高血清SOD活力,与模型组比较P<0.05。结论:黄龙丸能够改善D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的多项体征,具有一定的抗衰老作用。Objective:To observe the Huanglong pill on D-galactose induced subacute aging model independent activity,memory and resistance to fatigue and SOD activity.Methods: 40 ICR mice,male and female in half,were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely control group,model group,Huanglong pills,anti-Fu-chun tablet group.Huanglong Pill to 2.5g/kg,anti-Fu Chun-chip group 0.7g/kg,ig are 0.2mL/10g,model group and control group was given the same volume of distilled water,once a day for gavage 49 days.Administration of the same model group and treatment group mice were injected daily neck back 5% D-galactose,the control group injected with normal saline,0.5mL / only,continuous injection of 49 days.Huanglong pill on the D-galactose induced subacute aging mice spontaneous activity,learning and memory and learning platform memory forgotten,swimming time and the activity of serum SOD.Results:Huanglong pill could result D-galactose induced subacute aging mice significantly increased the number of standing,compared with model group,significant difference P〈0.05;significantly enhance the learning and memory and forgetting to extend the time for learning and memory,could step down test latency extended the number of errors decreased,and the model group P〈0.05;aging mice was significantly prolonged the swimming time,and the model group P〈0.05;increased serum SOD activity,compared with the model group P〈0.05.Conclusion:Huanglong pills can improve the D-galactose induced subacute aging mice of many signs,has some anti-aging effect.
