针刺不同经穴对健康人胃电面积影响的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺不同经穴对健康人胃电面积的影响,探讨经脉穴位与脏腑的相关性。方法:针刺健康人胃经、脾经、胆经的不同穴位及非经非穴,观察针刺前后胃电面积的变化,比较分析针刺不同经脉穴位对胃功能影响的差异。结果:(1)不同经穴与非经穴比较,针刺对健康人胃电面积变化率的影响有显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)不同经脉(穴位)与非经穴比较,针刺对健康人胃电面积变化率的影响有显著性差异(P<0.05);(3)胃经不同穴位之间比较,针刺对健康人胃电面积变化率的影响有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺对健康人胃功能的影响具有一定的经脉穴位相对特异性。Objectives：To observe the effect of acupuncturing different acupoints of healthy people on area of gastric electrical activity,and to explore the correlation between acupoints and Zang-fu organs.Methods：Different acupoints on stomach meridian,spleen meridian and gallbladder meridian and non-acupoints of healthy people were acupunctured,average changes of area of gastric electrical activity before and after acupuncture were observed,and the effect of acupuncturing different acupoints on different meridians on gastric function were compared and analysed.Results：（1）The effect of acupuncturing different acupoints on different meridians comparing with non-acupoints on the average area changing rate of healthy people showed significant deviation（P〈0.05）;（2）The effect of acupuncturing different acupoints on different meridians on the average area changing rate of healthy people showed significant deviation（P〈0.05）;（3） The effect of acupuncturing different acupoints of the stomach meridian on the average area changing rate of healthy people showed significant deviation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： These results suggest that the effect of acupuncture on gastric function of healthy people were certainly related to the relative specificity of meridians and acupoints.
