酸枣仁汤化裁治疗失眠的中医证候分布特点及组方规律的文献分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨酸枣仁汤化裁治疗失眠中医证候的临床分布特点,分析在其临床上有效处方的组方规律。方法:查阅近20年有关酸枣仁汤化裁治疗失眠的中医文献资料,遵循循证医学的原则,把符合选择标准的文献122篇录入到EpiDaTa2.0数据库,转化为SPSS 12.0数据库后,统计证候及组方出现的频次、百分比。结果:酸枣仁汤治疗失眠的证型主要集中在阴虚火旺、肝肾亏虚、心肾不交、心胆俱虚、心脾两虚和肝郁化火等6型,分别占11.18%、8.23%、7.05%、7.05%、6.18%、5.88%。处方中所用药物中频次最高的为酸枣仁和知母,均有122次;其次为茯苓、川芎、甘草等。从药物功效分类,化裁的药物以养心安神药、补气药最多,各达5味;再则为收涩药、重镇安神药和补血药。从药物归经来看,药物主要归经为心经,其次为肝经。结论:酸枣仁汤经化裁后对多种证型的失眠均有疗效。Objective：To explore the clinical distribution law of curing the syndrome of insomnia by modified SZRT.Meanwhile,to analyze the law of formulating prescription is summed on the basis of the healing effect.Methods： The literature on curing the syndrome of insomnia by modified SZRT of the past 20 years is collected.The principle of evidence-based medicine was used to establish the databank with EpiData2.0,and the literature meeting the enrolled criteria were recorded and checked.SPSS 12.0 software was adopted to analyze frequency of syndromes and syndromes elements.Results： The Syndromes of insomnia curing by SZRT focus on syndromes of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,deficiency of liver and kidney,heart-kidney imbalance,deficiency of both heart and gallbladder,dual deficiency of the heart-spleen,and Liver depression of live fire,which makes up 11.18%,8.23%,7.05%,7.05%,6.18%,and 5.88% respectively.The drugs used most frequently are spine date seed and rhizome anemarrhenae which are both appears 122 times.Then it comes tuckahoe,ligusticum wallichii,and liquorice.Classifying according to drug effect,the most common drugs modified in SZRT are heart-nourishing tranquillizing medicinal,qi-tonifying medicinal,five drugs apiece.Then it comes astringent medicinal,tranquillizing medicinal,blood-tonifying medicinal.From the view of Channel Entry of Chinese Medicine,this prescription belongs to heart entry firstly and liver entry secondly.Conclusion： SZRT as amended is effective for curing different syndrome types of insomnia.
