摘  要:目的:建立一种准确度和灵敏度高,重现性好的山楂叶提取物中牡荆素鼠李糖苷的高效液相色谱测定法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相A为乙腈,B为水溶液,梯度洗脱。0-5m in,流动相A由5%-10%,B由95%-90%;5-10m in,A由10%-18%,B由90%-82%;10-30m in,A保持18%,B保持82%,流速为1.0mL/m in,检测波长334 nm,柱温30℃。结果:牡荆素鼠李糖苷在4.296-64.440μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积值线性关系良好(r=1),平均回收率为99.19%,RSD=1.94%。结论:建立的含量测定方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于山楂叶提取物中牡荆素鼠李糖苷的测定。Objective:To establish a accurate sensitive and reproducible method for the determination of vitexin rhamnoside in Hawthorn leaves extracts.Methods:The column was Zorbax SB-C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),The mobile phase was composed of A:acetonitrile,B:water;gradient elution profile was 0~5 min,A:5%~10%,B:95%~90%,5~10 min,A:10%~18%,B:90%~82%,10~30 min,A: 18%,B: 82%,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,detection wave length was 334 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results:The 1inear range of vitexin rhamnoside was 4.296~64.440 μg/mL(r=1);the average recovery was 99.19%(RSD=1.94%).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive for the determination of vitexin rhamnoside in Hawthorn leaves extracts.
