摘　　要：目的:探讨bcl-xl、p53基因在白毛藤诱导人肝癌Bel7402细胞凋亡中的作用。方法:荧光显微镜观察不同浓度白毛藤诱导Bel7402细胞凋亡作用情况,RT-PCR检测bcl-xl、p53基因表达量的变化。结果:白毛藤诱导Bel7402细胞凋亡,并且上调p53和降低bcl-xl表达。结论:白毛藤能促进Bel7402细胞凋亡,其机制可能与激活p53、抑制bcl-xl表达有关。Objective：To investigate the effect of bcl-xl and p53 gene on Human Hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Bel7402 and the molecular mechanism.Methods：Bel7402 cells were treated with various of ST,We observed cell apoptosis by fluorescence microscope.We detected the levels of gene expression in all groups by RT-PCR.Results： ST has obviously apoptosis-inducing effects on Bel7402 cells and could effectively decrease the level of bcl-xl gene expression and improve the level of p53 gene expression.Conclusion： ST could induce apoptosis of Bel7402 cells probably through down regulating bcl-xl gene expression and up regulating p53 gene expression.
