研究不同省区苦碟子中总黄酮的含量差异

摘　　要：目的:测定在辽宁省、吉林省、河南省、山东省、安徽省不同地区采收的苦碟子药材中总黄酮的含量,并研究其差异。方法:紫外分光光度法。结果:该方法简单,专属性及重复性良好,可用于苦碟子中总黄酮的含量测定。结论:辽宁省、吉林省、河南省、安徽省苦碟子药材中总黄酮的含量较高,山东省苦碟子药材中总黄酮的含量偏低。Objective：Determination the content of total flavonoids in Ixeris Sonchifolia Hance from Liaoning,Jilin,Henan,Shandong,Anhui province etc.and study content differencec.Methods：UV spectrophotometry.Results：The method is simple and good specificity and reproducibility and can be used for determination of total flavonoids content in Ixeris Sonchifolia Hance.Conclusion：The content of total flavonoids in Liaoning,Jilin,Henan,Anhui province was higher than that in Shandong province.
