双黄热敷散治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:考察双黄热敷散结合超短波治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将134例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组73例,对照组61例。治疗组用双黄热敷散加超短波治疗,对照组仅用抗生素治疗。两个疗程后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率72.6%,总有效率为95.9%,对照组分别为27.9%、75.4%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:双黄热敷散加超短波治疗慢性盆腔炎起效快,疗效好,无明显不良反应,是治疗慢性盆腔炎较理想的方法,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical observation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by the treatment of Shuanghuang Refu Powder combined with ultrashort wave therapy.Methods： 134 cases were randomly divided into 73 cases＇ treatment group and 61 cases＇ control group.The treatment group were given Shuanghuang Refu Powder combined with ultrashort wave therapy,the control group were given antibiotics only.Therapeutic effect was observed after 2 courses of treatment.Results： Cure rate of the treatment group was 72.6%,and the total effective rate was 95.9%.Cure rate and total effective rate of the control group were 27.9% and 75.4%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion： The treatment of Shuanghuang Refu Powder combined with ultrashort wave therapy could treat efficiently and had no obviously adverse reaction.In a word,this method could treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease effectively.
