中医药结合复方蛋氨酸胆碱片治疗酒精性肝病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药结合复方蛋氨酸胆碱片防治酒精性肝病的临床疗效,探讨中医药防治酒精性肝病可能的作用机制。方法:治疗组33例采用中医辨证论治加复方蛋氨酸胆碱片治疗,对照组20例单用复方蛋氨酸胆碱片治疗、30例健康人为正常对照,疗程4周。观察临床症状,检测各阶段肝功能、血脂和TNF-α、IL-6水平并作统计分析。结果:治疗组临床症状积分、肝酶、血脂、TNF-α、IL-6水平均明显下降(P<0.01,0.05),其中TC、TNF-α与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在改善乏力、黄疸症状、γ-GT、TC方面优于对照组(P<0.01,0.05),治疗组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用中医辨证论治结合复方蛋氨酸胆碱片,能有效降低血清肝功能酶活性,调整肝脏的脂质代谢,影响细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6的表达,改善临床。而抑制细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6等炎性介质的表达,纠正肝脏脂质代谢紊乱,促进酒精在肝内的代谢作用是其可能的作用机制。Objective： To research the therapeutic effects and the mechanism of traditional therapy and Compound methionine acetylcholine on the alcoholic liver disease（ALD）.Methods： 20 patients in control group were treated with medicine Compound methionine acetylcholine,while 33 patients in treatment group were given the traditional therapy in addition,for 4 weeks a course of treatment.30 persons were controlled as normal.The changes of the level of ALT GGT TNF-α IL-6 and blood fat and symptoms scores of the two groups before and after the treatment were recorded and analyzed.Results： The clinical symptoms scores and liver enzymes blood fat cytosine TNF-α IL-6 of treatment group were lowered significantly（P〈0.01,0.05）.The therapeutic effects of treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion： The therapy of TCM and Compound methionine acetylcholine could lower the activity of liver enzymes,and adjust metabolism of blood fat,cytosine TNF-α IL-6,and relieve the clinical symptoms.This is maybe the mechanism of ALD.
