摘 要:目的:研究苦杏仁中有效成分苦杏仁苷的最佳提取、精制方法。方法:采用正交实验法,以苦杏仁苷的含量为指标确定最佳提取条件;及不同结晶时间、乙醇用量对苦杏仁提取物精制的影响。结果:影响因素最大的是提取次数,其次是提取时间,再次是乙醇用量。最佳提取工艺确定为:6倍量95%乙醇提取2次,每次1h。所得粗品用无水乙醇(1∶30固液比)重结晶三次,得到含量为92.47%的苦杏仁苷纯品,苦杏仁苷转移率为45.92%。结论:此工艺步骤简单、经济可行,适用于苦杏仁苷的工业化生产。Objective:To study the optimum extraction and purification process for amygdaloside in amygdala amara.Methods:Using orthogonal design,optimal extracting technology was selected using the content of amygdaloside;and different crystallization time and dosage of alcohol for amygdaloside extract optimum purification.Results:The extraction times was the most effective factor,the second was the extraction time,and the last was the dosage of solution.The best extraction and purification process is 6 fold 95% alcohol,two times extraction and a hour each time.The crude amygdaloside is recrystallized by 30 fold alcohol three times to obtain 92.47% amygdaloside,yielding rate is 45.92%.Conclusion: The technology is suitable for industrial production.
