摘　　要：结合呼和浩特铁路局砌块住宅建筑设计实践,从建筑材料、设计等方面介绍了影响混凝土砌块夹芯复合节能外墙住宅工程质量的因素,并归纳总结出相关设计要点,以期促进多层砌块住宅建筑的推广应用。By combining with the design practice for the masonry block residential building in railway bureau in Hohhot, the paper introduces the factors which influence the engineering quality of the concrete masonry sandwich composite energy-saving exterior wall from the architectural materials and the design, and sums up the relative points, so as to enhance the application of the multi-layer masonry residential buildings.
