摘　　要：目的 探讨中文简体版恐惧-回避信念问卷（FABQ-CHI）对评估下背痛患者的信度、效度及测量反应性.方法 结合英文版和香港繁体版FABQ,按一定要求得到FABQ-CHI.使用FABQ-CHI、36项简化版健康调查问卷（SF-36）、中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数（CODI）及11分疼痛评定量表（NRS）对门诊和住院治疗的下背痛患者在第1次就诊时进行评估,2 d后进行第2次FABQ-CHI的评定.结果 FABQ-CHI具有良好的内容效度、复测信度（r=0.809～0.810,P〈0.01）、分半信度（r=0.696）,内部一致性系数0.857,与NRS、SF-36、CODI比较显示有显著的相关性（FABQ-CHI-NRS：r=0.303;FABQ-CHI-SF-36（physical）：r=-0.350;FABQ-CHI-SF-36（mental）：r=-0.308;FABQ-CHI-CODI：r=0.488,P〈0.01）.通过因素分析的方法分离出三个因子,累积贡献率为61.2%.结论 FABQ-CHI是一种可靠的下背痛评估工具,它有良好的信度和效度.Objective To translate a fear-avoidance belief questionnaire and explore the reliability, validity and responsiveness of the Chinese version for evaluating patients with lower back pain. Method The original ques- tionnaire translated into Chinese （the FABQ-CHI） was administered to inpatients and outpatients who also completed a medical outcomes 36-item short-form health survey （SF-36） , the Chinese version of Oswestry＇ s disability index （CODI） , and an H-point pain numerical rating scale （NRS）. Two days later, the outpatients were asked to com- plete the questionnaire again. About one to two weeks later, the inpatients were cvaluated again. Results The FABQ-CHI had very good content validity, split-half reliability and test-retest reliability, with intraclass correlation coefficients of 0. 809 and 0. 696 and a Cronbach＇s alpha of 0. 857. Spearman＇s correlation coefficients between the FABQ-CHI and the NRS, the CODI, the SF-36 （physical） and the SF-36 （mental） were 0. 303, 0. 488, - 0. 350 and -0. 308 respectively. Factor analysis yielded three factors which accounted for 61.2% of the total response vari- ance. Conclusions The FABQ-CHI is a valid and reliable evaluating tool for patients with lower back pain. It has been shown to demonstrate very good content validity, a high degree of test-retest reliability and internal consistency, and good construct validity.
