急性白血病患者HGF及VEGF血清水平检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 检测急性白血病（acute leukemia,AL）患者治疗前后外周血血清肝细胞生长因子（HGF）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的水平,探讨血清HGF和VEGF与急性白血病的发生、发展及预后等方面的关系.方法 应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELSIA）动态检测并分析患者不同时期血清HGF和VEGF水平.结果 ①ANLL组血清HGF水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）;②ALL组血清HGF水平明显高于正常对照组水平（P〈0.01）;③ANLL患者CR组治疗前后血清HGF水平差异有显著性（P〈0.01）,NR组治疗前后血清HGF水平差异无显著性（P〉0.05）.结论 血清HGF,VEGF水平可作为监测急性白血病的疗效指标,血清VEGF水平可作为急性白血病的预后判断指标,血清HGF水平对白血病的预后判断有一定意义.Objective To determine the serum level of hepatocyte growth factor（ HGF ） anti vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in patients with AL so as to study the relationship between the level of HGF and VEGF and the occurrence,progression and prognosis of AL. Methods The serum level of HGF and VEGF were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） , and some other related items were determined as well. To compare the variation of HGF and VEGF level of AL patients before and after treatment. Results （1） Serum HGF level of ANLL were higher obviously than those of normal subjects and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;（2）Serum HGF level of ALL were higher obviously than those of normal subjects and the difference was significant（P 〈 0.01 ） ;（3）Serum HGF level of ANLL in CR group were （ 1140.31 ±266.23 ） ng/L and （ 478.50 ±183.75 ） ng/L respectively before and after treatment, and the difference between them was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Serum HGF level of ANLL in NR group were （ 1432.51 ±235.30 ） ng/L and （ 1386.63 ±197.95 ） ng/L respectively before and after treatment, but the difference between them was not significant（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusiou Serum HGF and VEGF are useful index for detecting the effect of treatment in ALL and ANLL. Serum VEGF is a valuable for evaluation of the prognosis in both ALL and ANLL, and serum HGF for evaluation of the prognosis is also a valuable index in ALL and ANLL. Positive correlation is shown between serum HGF and VEGF in AL.
