聚焦超声治疗过敏性鼻炎远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价聚焦超声技术治疗常年性变应性鼻炎（PAR）的临床疗效和临床常用激素雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂治疗效果比较.方法 151例PAR患者采用随机、对照方法,治疗组80例,应用聚焦超声技术治疗,每例患者就诊时治疗1次,3个月后复诊重复治疗1次;对照组71例,应用雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂喷鼻,每次每鼻孔1揿,1次/d.持续12周.结果 治疗12周后,大部分患者临床症状均有明显改善,治疗组总有效率为91.3%,对照组为93.0%;两组1年后治疗组总有效率为91.3%,对照组为45.1%（P〈0.05）.结论 聚焦超声技术治疗变应性鼻炎见效快,近期疗效和远期（1年）疗效效果好,能有效缓解PAR患者鼻部症状,安全性好.Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound （ HIFU ） in treatment for perennial allergic rhinitis （ PAR ）. Methods One hundred and Fifty-one cases with PAR were randomized divided into two groups i. e. treatment group（80 cases ） and control group （ 71 eases ）. In the treatment group, the patients were treated with HIFU for two times. In the control group,the patients received budesonide spray once a day with a total dosage of 128μg/d and one spray in each nostril. The course of the therapy was 12 weeks. The efficacy and safety of the above two methods were analyzed. Results After one course of treatment, the clinical symptoms in most patients were significantly improved with total effective rate of 91.3% and 93.0% respectively. But 1 year later,total effective rate was 91.3 % and 45.1% in the treatment group and control group respectively. There was statistical significance in clinical symptoms after treatment between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） in one year later, while no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） in 12 weeks later. Conclusion Focused Ultrasound treatment for PAR, with good short-term and long-term curative effect, is a worthwhile promotion in clinic.
