白细胞过滤器去除血液中肿瘤细胞的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨白细胞过滤器清除血液回收机漂洗后血液中残存肿瘤细胞的效果.方法 体外培养肠肿瘤细胞LOVO和胃肿瘤细胞SGC,并采集非肿瘤患者术野血液,制成浓缩红细胞.将肿瘤细胞计数后混入浓缩的红细胞中,用白细胞过滤器过滤,观察过滤对血样中肿瘤细胞的影响并与未经过滤处理的对照组进行比较.结果 过滤后的血样中未发现肿瘤细胞,而对照组血样中可见到肿瘤细胞.培养14d后观察,经白细胞过滤器过滤后的血样未见肿瘤细胞生长,而对照组血样中有大量肿瘤细胞生长.结论 应用自体血液回收机配合白细胞过滤器,可有效去除血液中的肿瘤细胞.Objective To explore the effect of white cell filter removing tumor cell in the blood which had been rinsed by blood recovery machine. Methods The intestinal cancer cells LOVO and gastric cancer cells SGC were cultured in vitro. The blood in the operation from patients without tumor was collected and made into concentrated red cell. After counted, the above mentioned tumor cell was mixed with concentrated red cell and filtered by white cell filter. The influence of filter on tumor cell was observed. Results Tumor cell was not found in the filtered blood but in the blood without filtering. After 14-day culture, mass tumor cells grew in the un-processed blood sample but not in the filtered one. Conclusion Combining autoblood recovery machine and white cell filter can remove the tumor cell in the blood effectively.
