摘 要:研究了超声处理对铸态及均匀化处理后7050铝合金显微组织的影响,并采用高温压缩模拟试验对在300~450℃、应变速率为2.77×10^(-4)~2.77×10^(-2) s^(-1)条件下常规与超声铸造7050合金均匀化后的塑性变形行为进行了研究。结果表明:相同条件热变形后,超声铸造铝合金的晶粒比常规铸造的细小;在相同变形条件下,超声铸造合金的流变应力明显要小;超声铸造合金的热变形激活能为136 kJ·mol^(-1),低于常规铸造的155 kJ·mol^(-1),更易热变形。The influence of ultrasonic treatment on the hot compression deformation behavior of as-cast and homogenized 7050 aluminum alloy was investigated.High temperature compression simulated test was carried out in the temperature range of 300--450℃and strain rate of 2.77×10^-4-2.77×10^-2s^-1to investigated the plastic deformation behavior of the ultrasonic cast 7050 alloy and conventional cast 7050 alloy after homogenizing.The results show that the grain size of the ultrasonic cast aluminum alloy was finer than that of the conventional aluminum alloy under the same deformation condition,and the flow stress of the ultrasonic cast alloy was obviously small.The hot deformation activation energy of the alloy after ultrasonic casting was 136 kJ·mol^-1,which was smaller than that after conventional cast 155 kJ·mol^-1,and the former was easier to deform.
